This evening we celebrated a traditional Latin American sweet 15 Birthday party called a Quinceanera. The North Ballroom was decorated in shades of peach and the centerpiece of the room was an elegant stage where all eyes were on the birthday girl. The candelabras which were accented with floral arrangements by Liz Flowers, helped to light the room. The 400 guests enjoyed a gourmet dinner of Fillet Mignon, pasta, spinach grilled chicken, and Spanish rice, which was from a caterer who was flown in from Los Angeles. One of the special highlights of the evening was a traditional Latin band and traditional Latin music that entertained the guests throughout the night.
