A Holiday party was held at Foxchase Manor by a computer services company on Saturday night. The 200 guests began the evening with a cocktail hour with passed horsd'oeuvres and door prices. The guests enjoyed a buffet that included a pear Gorgonzola salad with roasted walnuts, pecan encrusted chicken, fingerling potatoes, and an asparagus pasta in boursin sauce, all of which was created by R&R. The entertainment for the evening was provided by the Tators, a live band that played holiday music and rock n roll classics.
