On Wednesday night we hosted an open house and tasting with R&R Catering, which is one of our preferred vendors. The night began with a cocktail hour, which included passed hors d’oeuvres and several stations showcasing R&R’s signature appetizers. The north ballroom was decorated in pink and green flower arrangements, linens, and lighting. The focal point of the room was a gorgeous dinner buffet which offered many selections such as grouper romesco, tandoori chicken, asian noodle salad, a mashed potato station, and much more. There were also three stations that offered Spanish paella, fondue, and crepes. The evening’s music was provided by Horizon Entertainment, who only uses the best sound systems. Cakes by Happy Eatery created several wedding cakes, and a dessert tree of cookies, pastries, and chocolates. Dragonfly Events and Design presented several stunning table settings, and All Seasons Floral Preservation displayed their floral artwork. Cameo Video Productions demonstrated their high quality wedding videos, while Classic Creations Photography displayed photo albums that highlighted their gift to capture the moment. We would like to thank all of the vendors that helped to make the open house a spectacular event.
