On Wednesday September 15th we hosted an ethnic foods symposium held by Costco. Different food and beverage vendors of all types gathered to showcase their products. A small symposium was held in the morning which helped the vendors to become associated with everyone and learn more about the ethnic foods division at Costco. Afterwards everyone displayed and sampled their products at their booths.
