On Wednesday December 30th we hosted a Wedding Reception in our North ballrooms. There were 200 guests that gathered to celebrated the union of the happy couple. The evening began with in the entry hall and small ballroom for a cocktail hour which featured passed hors'douvers. After the cocktail hour guests entered the grand ballroom which was decorated in gold and black and accented by blue and purple up lighting. The dinner buffet featured Fontina stuffed chicken with a sun dried tomato sauce, Beef medallions bordelaise, and an asparagus-mushroom pasta in a Boursin sauce.
The grooms cake which was a football helmet was designed after the groom's love for sports. Another unique feature of the wedding was that in leui of wedding favors the couple donated money to a local charity.
