The reception took place in the grand ballroom and featured guest seating tables with black linens and red napkins along with centerpieces of white and silver birch branches with hanging roses and votives. Each table setting included wedding favors which were boxes of chocolate bark which tied in the winter theme of this wedding. For dinner stations were setup around the grand ballroom and included an Italian carbonara station with leek and pinenut green beans, a Spanish paella station, and a station with carved roast beef along with asparagus and garlic smashed potatoes. The wedding cake which was designed after an inside joke between the newlyweds, was served for dessert. The rest of the evening was spent dancing and celebrating the union of two wonderful people.
