March 11, 2011 Foxchase Manor North








On March 11, 2011 a company had a celebration dinner at Foxchase Manor North. The guests enjoyed cocktail hour and passed hor' dourves catered by R&R Catering. They then made their way into the grand ballroom for speeches followed by a buffet dinner. The dinner included a pear and walnut salad, mixed veges with tortellini, Parmesan chicken and beef covered with a shallot sauce; all catered by R&R Catering. The room was decorated with blues and coppers (the company's colors) and the center pieces were candles. The guest enjoyed their dinner while listening to a smooth jazz band.
