June 12, 2010 North Ballrooms

On Saturday June 12, 2010 100 guests gathered in our North Ballrooms for a wedding ceremony and reception. The entry hall was setup with a large square table in the center which had a large flower arrangement of white lillies in the center in a black vase. This table had all of the hor d'ouerves. There was also a table with candles, pictures, bubbles, a guest book, flowers, and disposable cameras. There was even a basket full of individual popcorn bags for each of the guests to take. High top tables decorated with black linens with a swirl design and candles and little frames with love sayings were on each table.
Guest tables were decorated with a black linen with a swirl design, black napkins and deep red rose flower arrangements in low vases with white votive candles surrounding.
Buffets were placed in the corners of the room which were decorated with solid black linen and large black vases with white lillies on each side of the buffets.
Red and white uplights were placed around the room to give an accent color.
The head table had a white rose centerpiece along with red roses around it.


Thankfully the rain held off and the ceremony was held outside on the patio. Red roses lined the aisle while little potted red and white plants were at the foot of each row of chairs. Baby's breath and greenery was tied to the end of each chair. The bridal party wore navy blue dresses.
Guests enjoyed a delicious buffet catered by The Chef's Table. Some of the food included was roast top round of beef medallions with sliced mini silver dollar rolls; blackened salmon; mezza luna spinach and ricotta ravioli in a creamy pesto; among many other options. Guests ended the night with wedding cake, dessert bites, coffee and tea.


The cake table had a white lilly floral arrangement along with little tea cups with white and red roses in them.


The fireplace was decorated with a white rose arrangement, white lilly arrangement, baby's breath and candles.
A large square bar was placed in between the entry hall and the grand ballroom so guests could enjoy a beverage from each side of the room.
Scattered among the tables in the grand ballroom were some high top tables with the black swirled linen with candy jars on each table. Also on each table were little black frames with love phrases. The high top tables had tall black chivari chairs with red cushions.
The entry hallway - all ready for guests to enjoy some drinks and snacks!


Appetizers included tenderloin of beef madallions, baked crab mushroom caps, spinach and artichoke dip, and cheese and hummus.

Guests enjoyed taking home this popcorn treat!

The restrooms had a basket of toiletries along with some pictures of the family on the mirrors and a little vase of red roses.
