On Friday, July 9, 2010, 200 guests gathered to our North Ballrooms to witness a wedding ceremony and celebrate with a reception afterwards. Guests were greeted into our main entry hallway to find a gift table, a placecard table and an easle with a seating chart. Guests were ushered into our small ballroom for the ceremony. The bride walked down a long aisle with a fireplace as the back drop. Guests sat in white wood folding chairs.
After the ceremony guests moved back into the entry hallway where they enjoyed drinks and food during the cocktail hour.
The grand ballroom was set with tables decorated in silver linens with light green sashes. Centerpieces were a glass vase with a candle. Every guest got to take home a shot glass with the couples name which was filled with multicolored mints. Rose colored wine glasses were at every place setting along with a white napkin. Each table had a picture frame of the couple holding that designated table number.
The cake was a 3 tier white cake with pink swiss dots and the bases decorated with a silver ribbon. Around the cake were pink frosted cup cakes with silver ball decorations. Pink rose petals surrounded the table.
The bride and groom sat at a sweetheart table. Guests enjoyed dinner from New Age Catering. The remainder of the evening was spent dancing.
We wish the bride and groom a very happy life together!
