July 10, 2010 Rose Hill Manor

On Saturday, July 10, 2010, 100 guests gathered at Rose Hill Manor for a wedding ceremony and reception. Guests arrived and were immediately directed to the outdoor patio for the ceremony. Whitewood chairs were set out and a unity candle and two floral arrangements were at the end of the aisle. The bridesmaids were dressed in light blue gowns and the groomsmen with matching blue ties. A water and lemonaide station was outside for guests as well as a harpist playing music in the background. At the end of the ceremony the bride and groom released two doves.

After the ceremony guests moved into the entry hallway for cocktails. Guests enjoyed a signature blue drink from the bar. There was a gift table and a table with photos of the couple as well as a framed photo of the couple for guests to sign. A computer was setup which played a photo slideshow of the families. Guests found their way to their tables by a framed table number chart.

The grandballroom opened shortly after for guests to be welcomed in for dinner. Tables were decorated with white linen and gold chargers with light blue napkins. Every table setting had a menu card placed on it. Centerpieces were tall glass vases with white flowers and a floating candle on top with a pink and baby blue floral arrangement around the base. Votive candles accented every table. Disposable cameras were placed on each table for guests to take pictures. The balcony was decorated with white florals, a wreath and sheer white tool. The bride and groom sat at the head of the room at a sweetheart table with two pillars and large floral arrangements on each side. Guests enjoyed their choice of chicken, beef or salmon for their plated entree.

The cake was placed on a table in the alcove decorated with flowers. The fireplace mantal was decorated with tall pillar candles.

The remainder of the evening was celebrated in the small ballroom with the traditional first dance, and father daughter dance. There was also the bouquet toss and the garter toss. Guests were also able to watch a slideshow of all the pictures from the night. A candy station was in the small ballroom during dancing. Take home bags were placed at the table so people could take the candy home with them.

At the end of the night the bride and groom made their exit to guests blowing bubbles on their way out. The bride and groom were taken away in a white stretch limo.

We wish the bride and groom a lifetime of happiness!
