On Saturday, September 4, 2010 around 600 guests gathered into our South Ballrooms to celebrate a wedding reception. Guests were welcomed into the entry hallway where a large bar was setup for cocktails and a gift table.After cocktails guests were ushered into the grand ballrooms to be seated at their tables. A large dance floor was in the center of the room with tables surrounding. Near the doors to the outdoor patio was a large stage where a head table sat. The bride and groom sat at a half moon sweetheart table in the center and on each side of the sweetheart table were tables for the bridal party. The head tables were decorated in gold stripe sheer overlays and white underlays.
A band sat on a smaller stage over near the fireplace. The cake was on a smaller table next to the two stages. Guest tables were decorated in white linens with butterflies along with floral centerpieces. Each table had a square shaped mirror with a mixture of tall and short vases filled with a mix of white flowers. Every table also had a special drink and favors.
The small ballroom held two bars and two buffets which Dama provided for dinner. Elegant Decor provided the stages, china and linens and flowers were done by the mother of the couple.
