
On Saturday, July 3, 2010, 100 guests gathered at Rose Hill Manor for a wedding ceremony and reception. Guests gathered into the grand ballroom where the ceremony was taking place. Chairs were decorated with light green ribbons. The bridesmaids wore beautiful light green long gowns with a creme accent and beautiful beading. An aisle runner was pulled out for the bride to make her entrance with her father. A pastor from their church performed the ceremony. A unity candle was lit and a reading by a friend. A quartet played beautiful music during the ceremony. The center of the ballroom was decorated with two large beautiful flower arrangements, all creme roses which were in tall clear vases filled with pearls and water. These arrangements sat on two white pillars on each side of the bride and groom. The kneeling bench used in the ceremony was an heirloom of the church.

After the ceremony the bridal party exited to take photos and the guests gathered into the entry hallway for cocktails. An assortment of hor d'oeurves were served including mini crab cakes, cheese and crackers and a corn salsa with chips. A table with family photos and ceremony programs were on a table when guests entered the room.


After the cocktail hour guests assembled through the small ballroom to collect their placecard for dinner. Placecards were on a table with creme linen and also displayed were family photos of the bride and groom when they were young. A frame was displayed that the couples friends and family made which was a list of tips for a happy marriage.
